Healthy Living - 6

POPCORN

  I know we talked about corn in the first post. Popcorn is different. I bet you didn't know it was healthy. I'm not referring to the flavored popcorn with too much butter, caramel and all sorts.
Plain popcorn though. I make popcorn myself at home. You can too.
  It's a very healthy snack. The healthiest I know. I prefer buying from the roadside sellers. I'm not referring to the sealed popcorn sellers but those who pop fresh popcorn and sell for fifty naira. They don't use much butter and sugar because they have to make a lot, lol, good for me.
